Buttermilk Pancakes

Serves 6-8

2 cups Flour
2 TBS Sugar
2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Salt
2 Eggs
2 cups Buttermilk (or milk + 1 TBS lemon juice)
4 TBS Oil

Add dry ingredients together into a mixing bowl. Add beaten egg, water and oil. Beat just until batter is smooth. Drop onto hot griddle.
